can a 5th level Warlock with two eldritch blasts, and the repelling blast eldritch invocation, move the same target back 20', or is it only 10' for casting the spell, which you've only cast once?

Thank you.

Eh, situationally useful. While it does offer some battlefield control, you need to be careful how you use it so that you'd don't knock your opponents out of range of either your own blasts or the melee reach of your up-close guys. Using it as a tool to maneuver the bad guys around the field (or shove them over a cliff/into a pit/etc.) requires careful tactical planning on your part and being able to move into a position to push them in the direction you want them to go. Not nearly as useful when you don't have a large area to fight in - shoving them into walls doesn't do any damage by RAW and doesn't give you action denial either, since the opponent can just move back into range without having to miss out on attacking.
