Would really like to have the rule for monster creation posted somewhere. Will they be in the Monster Manual?

The table of contents shown at enworld at http://www.enworld.org/forum/content.php?1832-Check-Out-The-Monster-Manual-Table-of-Contents! doesn't have it listed, so I suppose it will be in the DMG and/or Morningstar.

Rules for monster creation will be in the DMG (where it's always been). You can though create monsters just by looking at existing monsters to get an idea of what CR they'd be by comparing your monster's stats to the other existing monsters.
