Sentinel Feat Reaction

Hey guys got the sentinel Feat on one of my fighters.

 

Overall just wondering if the reaction is turn based Or Attack based Or each attacking creature based?

It's a Reaction, so you get one per round (you regain a spent Reaction at the start of your turn), as per PHB 190.

 

IIRC the DMG has optional Marking rules that let you take multiple opportunity attacks per round, which might be what you're looking for if you're outfitting a "tank."
