| #1ChadTheBadFeb 18, 2015 15:01:39 | If my Fighter gains access to the cantrip Shillelagh via the Magic Initiate Feat do I have to use Wisdom for the attack and damage bonuses, as it is optional, in order to also use the damage die increase (d6 to d8) or can I keep using my Strength? I'm trying to use a shield with Dueling and Polearm Master. Thanks. |
| #2AaronOfBarbariaFeb 18, 2015 16:31:27 | You can use Strength and the damage die is still 1d8. |
| #3RavixFeb 22, 2015 13:36:45 | You want to use a feat to increase your damage die from d6 to d8? I mean, i guess it becomes a magic weapon but still... |
