Sneak Attack and Extra Attacks

If a PC has Extra Attacks (Fighter/Paladin/Ranger 5, Valorous Bard 6, etc.) and Sneak Attack (through 1 or more levels of Rogue), how do they work together?

E.g., for a Fighter 5, Rogue 2, if the PC is successfully hidden, wielding a ranged weapon, no PC is adjacent to the foe, and the PC's action comes up, the PC shoots two arrows with Extra Attacks, does the PC get advantage on both the attacks?

A person can shoot another arrow before the first arrow hits, so conceivably one could target a foe with both before exposing themselves, but in that case probably would have to commit to its target selection before firing the second arrow instead of seeing the results and possibly shooting another foe with the second arrow.

If the first shot would reveal the shooter (such as based on p195 language, you give away your location when the attack hits or misses), what options are there to stay hidden?  I seem to recall seeing such in a place or two, though presumably are pretty infrequent].

Extra Attack lets you attack twice in around 6 seconds (more like 3, since that 6 second combat round includes movement and such). Even if you revealed yourself with the first attack, I can't see any enemy reacting fast enough to defend properly against the second. I would say advantage goes to both attacks, which are part of the same action.

Of course, Sneak Attack only works once per turn anyway. I don't think this gives an undue advantage to the attacker here. Getting yourself hidden with any consistency is enough of a hurdle already.

Skulker (p168) allows you to stay hidden if your ranged weapon attack misses.

Hiding (p177) notes that you cannot come out of hiding and approach.

Unseen attackers (p195) states that an attack gives away your location.

There's nothing that states how long before the attack advantage is lost, but it is likely only the first attack is covered. Your DM may rule either way.

I agree that the Skulker feat is really what a multi-attacking ranged Rogue wants, as it allows you to stay hidden until you land a hit and thus expend your Sneak Attack for the turn.

Alternatively, you can just get an Improved Invisibility spell from a friendly mage (or magic item) or use Darkvision in an area of natural darkness to sneak attack the unsuspecting.  You don't have to be hidden to use Sneak Attack, just have advantage, and being unseen or invisible also confers advantage on attack rolls against targets that can't see you.

Why do you say that?  I think the dim light benefit is highly useful for characters with darkvision, as it allows them to make unpenalized Perception checks in total darkness.  A Skulker Elf Rogue could scout in total darkness if they wanted.

The hiding in light concealment part does overlap, but it also works in more cases than the restrictied Wood Elf  version.
