#2 QwertyAzerty Apr 01, 2015 9:34:08	yes you can cast your spell as spell level 4, but you can only prepare spell level 3 or less, but you can cast your spell level 1 (bless for example) and cast it as a spell level 4 (targeting up to 6 target)
