| #2jaelisJul 09, 2015 6:13:38 | No, because you aren't making a weapon attack. Nor are you dealing slashing/piercing/bludgeoning damage. So I'm not aware of any situation where whether it counts as a magic weapon would even come up.
In the typical case of "Damage Resistances: bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical weapons" it doesn't matter since it is force damage. |

Same as magic missile. |
| #4OoftaMegJul 09, 2015 7:34:27 | I agree, Spiritual Weapon does not deal bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage. It deals force damage. It doesn't have to be considered a magical weapon to overcome any resistance that I can think of off the top of my head. |
| #5YunruJul 09, 2015 8:51:16 | It is, however, magical. For anything that resists that. |
| #6El_CondoroJul 10, 2015 7:04:46 | A DM could logically make that ruling - it is a weapon created by a magical spell. However, there is nothing in the spell description to say that - it says it is a "floating, spectral weapon". Compare that to the warlock's pact blade, which specifies "this weapon counts as magical". |
