Clearly SW targets one creature at a time but can target many creatures throughout its duration. 2. Must be incapable of targeting more than one creature at the spell's current level (Errata): Again, depends on whether that is interpreted as per turn or over its duration.   I houserule that Metamagic only affects sorceror spells. As SW is a cleric spell and its source is 'divine magic' (PHB p. 56), I rule it is not able to be manipulated by metamagic. That's just a houserule, though - RAW seems still open to interpretation even after the errata 'clarification'.
#4 AndrewJO Jul 19, 2015 2:49:49	I think RAI, it has to be a spell that targets a creature upon casting, so no. You wouldn't be able to twin conjure animal either.
#5 Yunru Jul 19, 2015 3:20:47	Indeed, if you cast it and it (can) target only one creature (note: only, not 1 or less), you can twin it. With Spiritual Weapon it's a redundant question though: you still only have one bonus action to use with a weapon.
