For the purposes of magical items that require a spell to be on the spell list of the character, would Invocations count? Like if an item required that you have Mage Armour on your spell list and you took the Armor of Shadows Invocation, would that count?

No, as invocations are not spells or spell list. Not simply because you can cast a spell without expending a spell slot that it automatically becomes a spell on your spell list, it must specifically say so in order to be, such as your Expanded Spell List feature for exemple.

Concentration is divorced from spells - even though many spells use concentration, there are other special abilities that use concentration that are not spells.

Additionally, many of the abilities that would require concentration, such as Chains of Carceri, say "you may cast...", meaning that the use of the ability ends up being a spell anyway.

Invocations that let you use spells are still spells.  They're just not necessarily spells known by any of you classes (or on the spell list of those classes) unless you have them from another source that treats them as "regular" spells.

Should it come up in my games, I'd rule Warlocks have it in their spell list. But only if they actually know the invocation! That way it might make some scrolls or magic items not useless. Or, at least, less useless ^_^

Was wondering with the warlock Invocation Armor of shadows are we able to have our leather armor on and still get the benifit of the AC bonus?  Since warlock have the ability to wear light armor.
