Who can cast Destructive Wave?

Which class(es) can cast Destructive Wave?  I don't see Destructive Wave under any of the class spell lists.

 

Destructive Wave = page 231 of the PHB.

 I think it's the paladin spell  destructive smite. They might have change the name of it after the spells got finalized but forgot to change the name in other places.

The spell Destructive Wave is a 5th level evocation spell which only shows up in the Cleric Tempest Domain spell list at lvl 9.
