#1 bladedragon03 Sep 04, 2014 18:10:49	Witch bolt makes a sustained arc of lighting between the caster and the target. On a hit it deals damage and every turn there after for the duration you can do auto damage to the target. Does this mean that since there is that sustained arc that if you miss you can just keep trying until you hit and then do the auto damage or do you only get one shot?
#2 Undrhil Sep 04, 2014 18:28:59	You only get the one shot per casting to make it sustainable.  If you miss, then you have to use another spell slot to try again.
