As written the potent cantrip deals half damage to creatures who succeed on a saving throw against your cantrips. The thing is, all the evocation cantrips are spell attacks. The two saving throw ones i've found are Acid Splash and Poison Spray which are both Conjuration cantrips. Is this feature actually just useless?
Did they mean to say creatures you miss with a cantrip?

But yea, there's some issues with that feature. I personally would allow 1/2 damage on a miss. |

As written, it only applies to non-evocation cantrips, since those are the only ones with saves, which is silly as an evoker feature. |
