Would a creature killed by an undead I raised trigger Grim Harvest?

If I raise dead using Animate Dead and have those dead kill a living creature, would I benefit from Grim Harvest since Animate Dead is a necromancy spell?

I would say no. To get the benefit of Grim Harvest, you have to kill your opponent with a spell. The spell Animate Dead does not actually kill anything (except, maybe, your reputation with your neighbors!). It's the sword (or whatever) that the skeleton or zombie wields that does the killing.
