just looking at the tempest cleric ability Wrath of Storms. I was wondering if anyone had an idea about the DC of the Dexterity saving throw? I know usually it's up to the DM but it seems like there should be a mechanic for this. At the moment we're thinking about the DC being equal to the number of the attack roll. So the enemy hits with a roll of a 15 plus 2 for whatever, then has to take a dexterity save of 17.
Any better ideas or actual rules for this?
