| #1bigmacJul 26, 2004 21:58:49 | Two amature Spelljammer settings are at risk. If they are not recovered soon they will be lost forever. I've been doing a lot of searching for Spelljammer websites and have noticed that some websites are begining to drop off of the Internet. There are two websites about home made Crystal Spheres that have fallen off of the Internet. I would like some help locating copies of these websites. So that I ask Beyond the Moons or Shattered Fractine if they can put up some or all of these endangered websites. The two Crystal Spheres are: Maas Space (former website: http://members.xoom.com/Tzoladzyu/) and Nilespace (former website: http://www.xs4all.nl/~timm/lib/nilespace/index.html) Google has already removed both of these from their cache but they still show up on some links pages. I have tried looking for alternative websites for both of these without success. Does anyone have: * Details of a search engine that still has a full cache of these lost pages? * An archived copy of either of these websites? * Current contact details for the authors? Considering the shortage of Spelljammer content it would be a great shame to see these settings get lost. If anyone can help me please get in touch. |

(A company called aboho.com) There are no pop ups or pop unders and no adverts added to my pages. They also have a lot of useful features like cPanel, unlimited email addresses, unlimited subdomains and many more things. They will give you a subdomain (not a folder) so you can add a Google "search this website" form if you want. Their staff and volunteers are very polite and helpful. I won't say any more as I don't want this post to turn into an advert. If anyone wants to know more, please come and join me on the aboho.com aboho.com forums. My user ID there is "virtualeclipse". |

So please use it. The setting is not at risk, for it is still being used (and being developed). But the website has gone down when I left home for travelling, and only recently I picked up gaming again in my old campaign. Maybe I feel creative again some day.... Erik |
