Look in the download section of www.paizo.com. Go for wizards of the coast products, then 2nd editions products, then Spelljammer products.

It cost 4 US $ a pop.

Which books are essential for an SJ campaign?

i would probably start with the first boxed set, followed by war captain's companion. i seem to reference those two the most often (WCC basically has every non-unique ship ever printed, i think?)

after that, i dunno... if you want adventures, skull & crossbows is good. the companion adds some new rules, also, and i think lost ships has some new rules. but i wouldn't consider either of those last two to be anywhere near the boxed sets, personally...

The original boxed set and WCC are key, I would also recommend Dungeon #92, as it is the only place the SJ rules are officially presented in 3rd Edition (although it is a disappointing show, overall).

Also, The Shattered Fractine is a superb online resource, as is Beyond the Moons.

Lastly, Andy Collins has some great info on Spelljammer that is worth taking a look at. I have been playing in or running campaigns that involve Spelljamming since the Winter after the release of 3rd Edition, so I have been keeping up to date.

dungeon 92 isn't spelljammer. not really, anyways. it's more like if someone took a concept similar to spelljammer, stole a few names, and made another game that is kinda similar to spelljammer. if you squint just right, that is.

(i'm not gonna say it's good or bad, i guess that depends on how much you like the stuff they changed, but i will say that it isn't really spelljammer)

The main Spelljammer boxed set and the War Captain's Companion are the two products that are 'essential' in the level of crunch and detail associated with them. They're pretty useful.

Lost Ships, the Complete Spacefarer's Handbook and the Monstrous Compendium appendixes are pretty useful for additional crunch, adventure hooks and similar. For setting material and background, top picks are Rock of Bral (great detail on that location, arguably the best product in the entire Spelljammer line), the Astromundi Cluster boxed set (a sort of 'spinoff' setting location in a sense, well able to run an entire 1-20 campaign in), Practical Planetology (lots of unique locations to throw at the players), followed by any of Krynnspace/Greyspace/Realmspace as desired by where you think your players would like to explore.
