#1 Chrysalid Dec 15, 2010 5:37:39	Hello Litte message from France (where Spelljammer's fans exist too, but are very rare). I've just discover this forum, i will try to explain my problem (I'm french, sorry for my very bad english ) I discovered the Spelljammer setting 16 years ago, and i've wait the official translation for a long time. Unfortunately, this translation never came in France. So, this year, i decided to do it myself. I know it will be very long, but no choice if i want play in space... For now, i have finish the translation of the "Concordance of Arcane Space", and now i am doing the Ship-Cards of the Box. And i have some problems of translation : - By the Hell, WHAT is the "Companionway" on a Spelljammer Ship ? (i never found a good translation) - And i'm not sure for the word "Stateroom". Is it a saloon or a cabin ? Thanks a lot !
#2 lord_torath Dec 17, 2010 7:45:28	Companionway on a ship is a stairway or a ladder from one level to the next.  A Stateroom is a cabin for an officer. Hope that helps! Edit:  I see you already got some better help on the Piazza.  That's generally the best place to go for Spelljammer questions.
