#1 lunoc Jul 29, 2008 12:01:42	this is a thread for "what if" type battles. post a fight between two of your characters, anything goes. they can be part of a character's story, or just for fun. also you can comment on other fights, or challenge someones characters. RULES posts two per fight. one ic one occ. you get one post to comment on other people's post (one per fight) just edit more of the fight into your post instead of making multiple posts my first try lunoc vs torrent Show the crowds cheer as lunoc enters, even more so when a ball of blue fire hits him in the back this will be interesting an old man in the front row comments i think lunoc can handle him a girl in training clothes says the damwulf growls at the figure facing him well you blue ape, you've succeeded in putting me in a bad mood. ape? ape! ill tear you to pieces for that! torrent leaps through the air and slams the ground so hard it sends shockwaves through the arena. but lunoc was not there. moving much too fast to be seen, lunoc hooked around torrent's body and kicked him in the back just as he landed. torrent is sent strait into a wall with such power that he breaks the sound barrier before he crashes. torrent pushes himself up slowly. lunoc stands in front of him. well, you recovered well from that i think. for a big sluggish ap- torrent punches lunoc in the face and knocks him over. shut up torrent says as he spits out blood lunoc jumps up and assumes his fighting stance torrent swings at lunoc with fury, but can barely hit him because of the damwulf's speed and skill. stop moving! torrent swings at him, but lunoc catches his arm, spins it behind the monster's back, trips him with his leg, and slams him with both palms in midair. torrent lands about twenty feet away. lets see how you do with this! he lets go a giant cone of spellfire at lunoc, who meets the energy with his own. lunoc's soulblood cuts through the spellfire easily, but only so far. torrent pours it on, blasting with searing golden energy. lunoc is overwhelmed. he is blasted to the wall. torrent's voice calls over the flames. who's laughing now dog? huh? its not you! lunoc! patience, he is not done yet a green flash is torrent's only warning to what happens next... lunoc stabs two soulblades into torrent's shoulders and punches him in his chest multiple times. torrent strikes lunoc in the ribs. the damwulf spins and kicks torrent in the head. torrent blasts him back with fire. if he's as dumb as he looks he cant handle this lunoc thinks this before launching a telepathic assault torrent, however thinks much the same as he focuses his telepathic field into a weapon. they stand, minds locked on destroying the other, straining for any advantage. they're, just staring at each other. whats going on? wile maintaining focus on lunoc, torrent builds energy in his hands. it takes him more time than usual, but he finally launches a great blast of flames at lunoc burn and fall! lunoc tries to pull scraps of energy together as the flames rush towards him the fire fades, the warriors look at each other for a moment, one of them falls. torrent holds a translucent spear that is stuck in his midsection. before he loses consciousness he sees lunoc standing over him. he fought well, i hope he lives lunoc says to himself as he starts off to the exit
#2 Aqua Aug 01, 2008 14:34:52	The sky darkens with thick black clouds moving in and covering the beautiful lit star lit night. The lightning streaks across the sky, making the massive lake seem to glow. Thunder claps in the distance and soon two large shapes are seen moving slowly toward eachother. The first to stop is a medium water genasi, he wears black monk pants with no shirt but his upper body is tightly wrapped in sashes. His eyes seem to glow in the dark stormy night. He smiles showing fangs. He has no weapons on him and he looks around at the area before turning back toward the creature walking toward him. A large creature stands 50 feet away from the genasi. He appears to be a massive water genasi mixed with demon,dragon and you cant tell what else. He has massive draconic blue wings stretching out 40 feet, his hands, feet have massive claws on them. His eyes are draconic and he bares his fangs toward the genasi. His voice seems louder then the thunder booming as he speaks. "AQUA!!!!!!! Its time to see whos stronger father or son..." Aqua smiles and bows as does the massive Chaos. "Good luck my son, You will need it..." Aqua disappears before Chaos can even react and a fist slams into his jaw sending him skidding over the water like a stone. Chaos pulls himself up and roars loudly sending a shockwave of energy toward Aqua who skids back some. Chaos bursts toward Aqua and grabs ahold of his father. With one yank he rips Aqua's arm almost off the flesh is torn and the sound of bone being crack can be heard. Aqua shows no sign of pain and he smiles as it happens. Soon more popping can be heard as Aqua's muscles buldge out even more and he slams his head into Chaos's face. When the two connect it sounds like thunder but from the shockwave that is made you can tell its not. They both fly back and growl at eachother. Aqua pulls his arm back into place and smiles. "Come on Chaos I know you can do better then that..."
