Rules
This is a world where Vampires and Were's dominate, and anyone can gain power. Start at level 5, and Work up to Epic level. All welcome, but you have to be a Vamp or a Were. The only Weres are Wolfs, Crocs, Cranes, and Horses. No plot, no other rules than to have fun.
