#1 Evenglarexi Jun 19, 2008 6:56:24	Lets just SAY , bear with me, that Eberron was a 3rd party campaign setting. It would be restricted by the GSL, am I reading this correctly, it defines elves, drow etc etc, differently than what the core books define them as. So if I am correct in assuming this, how many awesome settings that COULD have been, will be in breach of contract, and shut down. Kinda sucks to think about.

BUT .. nothing stops you from defining a dIfferent name for these creatures, and simply stating "The Stormslayer Elves from this book should be used in place of the Elves from D&D 4th Edition Player's Handbook." I think what this does is pretty nice, actually. It allows me, if I intend to 3pp, to maintain MORE personal IP.
