I'm working on a 3PP project and I'd like to know if the Martial Power book will be in the new SRD ?
Do we have intel on that ?
And since I'm here, I have another tricky question :
In the SRD, it seems that if I build a new ritual, I have to give the cost in gold pieces. What if I want to change that and use another type of material (like mana points) ? Is it legal ?

1. Will Martial Power be in the new SRD? Unknown. No information has been released or hinted at on whether or not the supplement books will be included. For right now, it would be best to plan on no.
2. Ritual Cost in the SRD. Legal? Always ask a lawyer if it is legal. Now with that said, I would say that you need to follow the template provided in the SRD but you may add to it. So for example, you can say:
Component Cost: 0 gp and 10 Mana Points
