| #1qaragalJan 24, 2009 10:39:36 | Hello, I'd like to create another pact for the warlock (as the dark pact in FR) and I was wondering if the GSL is OK with that. There's nothing like that in the SRD, just the guideline to create a whole new class. Any info ? Thnaks a lot ! ![]() |

For example, you cannot say "Instead of a pact boon, this warlock pact gets two weapon fighting." This would be changing (i.e. redefining) the core warlock features. Stick with the overall template that has been presenting and have fun making a new pact. |

For example replacing a class feature for a new one I create ? |

If they can create new classes, I don't see why you couldn't create a new class, such as a different flavor of Warlock... |

You could say though "You can choose the new Ranger Clas feature Snow Bunny Slayer. If you do, it takes the place of the Ranger's Hunters Quarry." That's my understanding anyhow and I'm not a lawyer but I got a good lesson on this stuff ![]() |

The SRD has all the templates you need to follow to create just about whatever you want. As long as it is original/different. |
