Bombchu: Area burst 2 within 10; +3 vs. Reflex; 1d8+2 Fire damage. (note; these items were given to a 6th/7th level party. Are they under or overpowered? Or just right?) |
| #2erendorJul 21, 2009 20:24:16 | Dunno about the Book, but the Bombchu (ell oh ell, Zelda reference amirite) is like a less accurate, weaker Alchemist's Fire with a smaller area of effect. (Alchemist's fire being burst 1 within 10, +9 vs. reflex, 2d6 fire damage half on miss, for a level 6 consumable). |

Summoned Monster-in-a-box: This device looks like a jack in the box. Turning the crank makes it play "Pop! goes the weasel," but as soon as the song ends a Summon Monster spell is cast to summon a dire weasel. |

In the same dungeon no less, the party received a few of these: 6: Stone Mask: Head Slot (duh). Gives +15 to Stealth checks to hide from nonhostile creatures. 7: Bunny Hood: Head Slot. Gives +1 to speed. 8: Lens of Truth: Wondrous Item. User is immune to all Illusion effects and perceives no illusions. (TEH BROKENZ!!!) 9: Magic Beans: Also known as the Instant Ladder. Just add water! Now for some non-Zelda items: 10: Infinite Bag of Ale Holding: ...seriously, that's what it does. |

Oh, and just for kicks: Crowbar: 1d10 Damage, Pick, Brutal 3, High Crit Special: This weapon deals an extra die of damage to undead. I have also constructed this |
