#1 acm1300 Sep 02, 2008 13:51:03	When do I use the first column of ablitly modifications and when do I use the second column (the column the includes half your lvl)? Which one do I use for attack roles and in dealing damage? Me and my group couldnt decide so I said I would ask on here and tell them next week. Thank you all

My explanation In a nutshell: Use your ability modifier only for extra damage where specified by a given power. Use Ability Modifier + 1/2 Level for everything else - attack rolls, ability checks, skill checks.
