| #1KronodudeFeb 12, 2014 8:23:27 | Quick question from anewbie I'm building my first character and i made a warlord that focuses on healing/buffing the party. But i was not sure what weapon to take. The long sword would seem to as the biggest bonus to hit +3. But as there are two sword users already i wanted something different. So my question, what options that have high prof and dmg that are not the long sword. I don't care about two handed vs one handed but assume I'm in chainmail and wield a light shield. Thanks for your help |

If you want to spend a feat there are a lot of +3 prof items to pick from as well. When I look for something low level and a little different I generally go with the trident as it is different and gives me access to the chieftan enchant. |

That aside: Chieftain's Greatspear or Alhulak. |
