problem solved!

First off I want to apologise for any grammatical and spelling errors, English isn’t my main languages :D .

Ok, I would like some help in figuring out what kind of char I should (keeping roll-play in mind and what the party needs).

Currently we have a Shamen, a Druid Striker (don’t know what the bard is going to do but we wont be needing a healer I reckon), 1 Person doesn’t know what to play yet but he's willing to play what we still need and then there is me

Up to now I’ve seen this build (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1115041) of a Hexninja and it sounds awesome to play though it might need a bit of tweaking coz I want a familiar :P (was thinking of a char that couldn’t talk so it would need a raven to talk).
The 2 new books (PHB2 and AP) are out and might have some cool stuff in there to Pimp the Hexninja a bit (already sent a PM to Proin to see if he had any ideas).

Edit: Char starts at lvl 5.
Looking at the Hexninja I would drop Toughness for a familair (not the best chois but I reckon the only feat I can leave out at low lvl :D )

So there you have it, the way I see it we lack dpr, battlefield control and a tank (not counting what the player we have left).
Another downside might be that there are 4 players instead if 5 (don’t know if that makes encounters harder or not).

Now for the rules to make a char, we use the normal point-buy from PHB and have the books PHB, FR, MP, PHB2, AV and AP to make chars

I will not play a leader, totally not my stile
I’ve also bin looking at a DPS tank (fighter) that play’s on temp hp and a big two-hander to dish out dpr but like I said… I don’t know what’s handy and I think I prefer a arcane class coz of the familiar .

Any ideas that have some good flavour and don’t dropout of sync with the party when it comes to combat?

Thank you,
