I have a selection of spells handy that i hope will give me an advantage. Such as Irongaurd and Greater invisibility. Seeing as i will likely be fighting many other mechs i am also taking improved initiative. My first question is, If I am invisable, and I cast a spell, do i give away my position? Specifically does the act of casting the spell give off any sort or light or flash that is not listed in the effects of the spell? Also, if i want to cast a spell on my opponent such as blindness/deafness, how would the symbiotic pilot be effected? Would the spell fail due to lack of line of site with the pilot inside the cockpit? Or would the fact that he is part of his mech cause it to work as intended? Im not sure specifically what his symbiotic nature is, but i know its from listed rules, and that while he cant leave his mech, he can "bud" part of his body out of any part of it for face to face conversation. |
