Here is what it does in a nutshell: "You plant a hidden death-urge impulse in the subject’s unconscious. On the subject’s next turn, it looks for the quickest method to end its life and attempts to do so. The subject takes no other action on its turn except attempting to harm itself." (www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/deathU...) If the target is armed it will use a full attack on himself and score a critical hit with each blow. So handing it a weapon with a high crit multiplyer would help him kill himself more efficiently. What other things can you guys think of and how would you pull them off? Give the target a poisonous potion? Create a portal to the negative energy plane for the target to go through? How would you help your enemies kill themselves? :D |

When we decided to drink, I pulled 'poisoned'. What was more of a surprise for the DM was that he did too. I poisoned both drinks and drank an anti-toxin before hand. My rogue barely made the save; the baddie didn't. The best part was that the MBEG was the one to sudgest getting drinks. |

| #10polymorphJan 04, 2010 10:57:48 | @ deviknyte : The SRD says explicitly: "A subject close to an immediate and lethal hazard such as a cliff or a fire might hurl itself off the cliff or into the fire instead of striking itself with a weapon." Also, what about charm spells? Charmed people don't folow suicidal orders but they CAN be ordered not to resist a spell right? |
| #11deviknyteJan 04, 2010 16:24:25 | Didn't see the might in that line. So yeah. As a GM and player, not resisting a save is a suicidal action to me. |
