I'm dealing with a situation in one of my regular games wherein my DM is routinely using mobs that have standard at-will attacks that daze when they hit.

Examples:

Foulspawn Seer (link)
Flesh Golem (link)

I've been looking through the compendium and can't find any situation, except perhaps for a Psion, where players have similar at-wills. Most importantly any equipment that protects against this is limited to a daily power use.

Now, I get that players get to save versus these effects, but saves come at the end of the attack. Even though I'm playing a Warden and those use Font of Life a lot during these encounters, a great deal of my ability to be effective and helpful for myself and my group relies on immediate actions, which you cannot take while dazed.

Suggestions?

Mobs of those? The flesh golem is an elite, so that should be maybe 2 of them in a fight. The other is an artillery unit.

For the artillery unit, I suggest bringing your entire party right next to them as fast and as often as you can. They use ranged attacks, and if you are right on top of them, you get an AoO right before  they get to use it. Free hits for you means they die quicker.

For the flesh golem, I would simply remind the DM how elites and solos work, and explain that lots of them is not a typical fight structure. Suggest they use non elite versions (so they are easier to kill) and that they pay attention to the XP budget for fights, otherwise there will probably be a TPK soon.

Or if you expect to fight more golems, stock up on ranged attacks and immobilization effects. Stay out of its reach, and pepper it with arrows until it dies.

Morvai probably means "mobs" as in "monsters to kill". One mob is one monster. It's a MMO term, originated on muds. The word is a contraction of Mobile Object.

It's a useful term when you're making a distinction between mobs and NPCs.

As for suggestions ... as Krusk noted, Flesh Golems are elite. An attack that dazes when it hits is indeed nasty, but the golem can only daze one of you per round, so you could gang up on it. Also, as with any elite in a group of monsters, make heavy use of off-sides plays and battlefield segmentation.

I suggest:

1) Heal skill, it can grant the character that really needs more than just 1 action to do their job an extra save to try and get rid of it.

2) Powers that grant saves/remove conditions, sacred flame and touch of virtue (or whatever that new paladin thing is called) come to mind but I know there are some others out there too.

3) Periapt of Cascading health. sure, it's once per encounter - but it could help.
