Does this seem a little unfair to you?

I am sorry to be a bother about this, but I need your opinion. What happened was we were captured by the one Under dark Dwarf race (I forgot) and help for 3 weeks. Afterwards, all my party, except for me and the dragon who have a similar "Code of Honor" type thing joined them as servants or generals. As a result, me and the dragon we released from the cage, but instead of helping me, the dragon attacked me out of "hunger." Now, before this "Battle" I got a good look at his character stats, he had  a +3 neck and a +2 armor, but it was taking away, effectively making his Defences as followed. His are first, mine are second, and they are both without items.

AC: 25 Ref: 20 Fort: 17 Will: 20 and got a +12 (-edit-forgot his claws) to hit. HP 84 (toughness/avenger)

AC: 23 Ref: 22 Fort: 17 Will: 22 and I have a +14 to hit. HP 84 (toughness/druid)

Now, I rolled Initiative, and before we started, the DM pointed at me and said "When you become bloodied" Now wait just a minute, I rolled Init and haven even acted. Also, I usually roll extremely well in combat, but very poorly on skill checks.
Minor Action: Hunters Quarry (+1d8 to damage this turn)
Primal Wolf Form: +14 to hit vs Ref, a 70% chance to hit. A Easy hit for me, right?
So that is if I recall correctly, 1d8+6+1d8 damage (wisdom is a 23 right now.)
Action Point: Spend an Action Point, Blood-stalkers power kicks in. Uses (forgot the name, but it was a 2d6 or 2d8 power.) I now have a +16 vs Ref for damage, or a 90% chance all together. 2d6+6
Free Action: Grasping Claws (best I got) with a +16 to hit (CA and WF give +4) for a 90% chance to hit (only failing on a 2 and a fumble). so that would be 1d8+6 damage.

all together: 2d6+3d8+18 damage or, with minimal damage, 23 (I rarely roll min damage though). With conditions as well. Average damage for that roll however is 36 damage. DM house rules Getting up from prone grants a OT, and I could keep him down all the time with that fact and my wolf form.

Also, he mad a custom race for this guy that seems a bit OP'ed (free extra d6 damage on every power that hits for one Heroic Feat, change size as a free action, 1 feat.)

I dunno, I just feel like the DM is playing favorites with this guy for some reason, any advice?

Hmmm...to be honest, it's hard to tell what you're getting at here...I'll take a crack at it.

First, can you post what classes/races you are? I get that ones a dragon or dragonborn or something, but I don't recall anything that even comes CLOSE to the ability, even at Paragon Tier, that grants an extra 1d6 damage on powers...that goes way off 4E's scale...

As per the defenses...it really depends on the race/class combo.  25 is not that unreasonble based on x level and armor worn, but at, say, 1st level, I beg HOW you can get to 25 AC, without being over-itemed.

Scratch that, I see you DID post class....can you post the level you guys were at and the race you were?

And how do ou get Hunter's Quarry as a Druid?

Theres a lot going wrong there beyond the situation at hand.

Agreed.  But based on what is presented...the majority of the posters have it about right, and I agree with them.

Heh, whoops.  My apologies if I sounded a bit...short.  I figured as such, but wanted to try and reduce my earlier post to that one line point....because after a long day at work in 1 in the morning, I ramble.  Like I'm doing now.

But it begs the question....what DON'T we know of this situation?  I would like other examples, to be honest.

well, I guess I am a bit off, sorry for not being able to explain well. From what I can gather from the Dragon himself, here is what I have.

Dragon / Movement: 7 / Darvision

Somthing that gives a +1 Racial to AC

Dragonbreath like the Dragonborn, but with 1d8 damage w/o needing a feat.

Can take ANY dragon race feats (dragon/koldbalt/ ect...)

Claws count as Swort Swords and can be enchanted

Feats can be really overpowered in most situations...

Thats what I got, he never allows anyone other then the person that is playing the dragon race what they dragon can do or the race itself.

(edit)

Also, this is set at level 12. I don't know if I got my to hit correct though, I forgot to add everything in. But really, that was the last straw, there have been other situations, but this was one of the bigger ones and I was wondering what other players would do in case a DM made a race avalable onl to one person in the group and made it like this?

I would inform the DM, and possibly the other player, that I do not appreciate things like favoritism and secrecy, especially where it concerns the state of my own character. I would then excuse myself from future sessions.

Yah, thats WAAAAY  off the scale of the 4E power level.  I would politely ask the DM to let you have a similar powerful race, or don't play. REALLY unfair.

Yea, your DM has seriously botched the balance of the game. I think I would walk away from a game like that, and say goodbye.

I'm curious though, it seems like you easily won that fight? I'm not sure what is all that problematic if you kicked his butt.

I will say also from a game perspective, dual wielding shorts swords is not optimal for pretty much any class. However the DM just introducing elements (like an entire race) with no group discussion, or apparent concept of the rules, is definitely problematic.
