Rolo Finehammer(OD&D Dwarf): Somehow the Party ventured through a rift onto an earth-like world where he was mistaken as an old person to be helped across the road. Being a DM for most of my gaming life, I hadn't had a lot of opportunities to be just a player. So when some guys I knew vaguely asked if I'd liked to jump in on a game they were starting, I agreed. This was the first and last time I played a 2nd Ed. Character. And with this group of people. Oh god, I'd repressed this memory:

Dwarven Cleric (2nd Ed. D&D, Name Sadly Forgotten): The game had been somewhat railroady and goofy from the start. My character, a stereotypical dwarf with cleric powers, wound up captured and sold to a gladiatorial arena. Wandering around, I managed to get on the ****-list of the tallest, dumbest fighter. The DM kept describing how big he was compared to me, down to his genitals being longer than my arm (again, it was THAT kind of game. I think I was the only one at the table who wasn't high on something). The fighter kept threatening me and hassling me, so I have my character ball up a fist and then declare "I punch him in his enormous dong."

Instant weird looks from the rest of the group. The fighter then keeps following me around, but acts more like a kicked puppy than a fierce fighter.

It was fun, but as the DM was making things up as he went along, the game kinda just died. Or maybe I was never invited back, I don't know.
