Seems like there are a lot of broken encounters in this game, granted, I have mostly seen it with 4 man parties, but it seems like a lot of characters are having trouble hitting things(meaning like a 30% chance to hit), has anyone else notticed the same things? |

Some info as to what sort of ability scores/powers/weapons being used when only having a 30% chance of success would be good to. Generally speaking, chances to hit should be in the range of 40-60% without a non-optimized character - throughout all levels of play. |

For instance, most lv 1 monsters have around 15-16 AC while an average character on the same level would usually have +5/6 on their AC targeting at-wills (+3 on attack stat, +2/3 from proficiency), averaging around 50% hit chance. There are specific enemies that would give a party problems on hitting them, but they're mostly reserved for hard encounters (2 Levels or so above party level), solos, and elites. Or some specific monsters, like, say.. Hobgoblin soldiers. If I may ask, what enemies are you facing in these encounters, and what level are your party when facing them? |
