| #1xplodiakJan 06, 2013 17:14:09 | I'm having an interesting time here, so I thought I'd jsut ask for help. I was digging through my books looking for a whip proficiency feat I could swear was there somewhere. I found lots of power swap feats for whip powers, (Dark Sun I think) but I can't actually find the proficiency feat anywhere. (Same with net, oddly) I did a compendium lookup, and it just says "multiple sources" which isn't helpful. I'd prefer not to pour more money into the insider subscription bit, because I've already spent plenty on books. The idea was to do a Whip Skald for a one shot coming up. I figured it would be kinda cool was all. There was some kind of effect that makes taking the generic proficiency feat less worthwhile. Can someone tell me which book it was in? |

And as mentioned, there's Master at Arms and a couple of other options I can think of. Definitely wasn't a Dragon Magazine, because I don't have those. This is confusing! So... many... books! |
