Thinking about this idea:
Human Warlock
Fey Pact
Giant (not the creature, just a big human)
Warlock powers tend to have cold themes (Shadow Walk is a wall of snow, Fey Step turns hi into snow, etc.)
Barbaric background
Maybe wields some sort of large ax?
Thoughts?
But yeah a Warlock, maybe look to the Goliath to build the character from and ask the DM if your Warlock power can do cold damage in a lot of his powers.
One of my character does Fey Step but I do it like a streak of green because he jumps through the Fey world and steps to the new location.
Not much else I can suggest at present but hope that helps a little.
Human would also work if you were suitably barbaric and liked the big Northman looking idea.
I'd personally steer away from the Axe, since you'd have to blow a feat on a weapon you'd pretty much never use. (Unless you just intend to carry it around for looks)
