Sep 22, 2008 15:19:04 I am asking this question on behalf of my best friend who has decided to become a tiefling. We don't have many miniatures to use and we sure don't have a tiefling. So I was wondering what are some other ways he could represent his character. I don't want to go out buying boosters until I get a tiefling, and I don't want to individually order it online. What can my friend do?

Sep 22, 2008 15:35:37 Er... Use anything, as long as he can tell his from the rest. If he wants to be really picky, he could always use a dab of red paint and touch up a human figure, and use a bit of Sculpy to add a tail and horns... But, really, as long as everyone knows who's who on the table, the exact look of the figures really isn't important.

Even if they don't you could ask if they have any extras they might sell you or if any of the regular customers might be willing to sell you one or two figures?

That's how I got my Hellboy Heroclix. Who would make a killer Tiefling fig. BTW. :D

Sep 23, 2008 14:27:36 Don't really see an issue. I am always my Tordek figure no matter what my current character is. That being said Tiefling wand something or another is a common in dungeons of dread I have gotten one in every 2 packs or so. The real problem I have been coming across is finding a dragonborn out of the latest packs. Been using lizard men and trogs.

Sep 23, 2008 14:38:48 I usually try to help my players find the closest thing they can to their PCs. We're currently using a Greenspawn Zealot for the Dragonborn Paladin, and before I got my tieflings I'd use anything with a hood (incognito, you see... ).
