| #1face_stabJun 11, 2011 14:38:19 | Our DM is encouraging us to keep online character journals between once-a-month sessions. I love this idea, and am looking for a blog that feels perfect for D&D. In my mind, I see a clean, easy-to-use blog with a template that looks like old journal pages, or parchment. Does anyone have a website I could check out? Thanks. |

| #3face_stabJun 11, 2011 18:26:59 | That's actually where our campaign is set up. I haven't been able to figure out how to do a personal journal though - I see the Adventure Log on our campaign tab, but I figured that was used for our DM's adventure writeups. Or is that what I need to use? If that's all they offer, I figured I'll just keep a locked thread going on our O.P. forums. |
| #4KruskJun 12, 2011 10:29:19 | My groups use Obsidian portal for a lot of stuff. I have them do a journal entry on there for extra bonus points during the next session. (no one in my current campaign has done one yet or I'd link it.) I threw a page on the wiki tab called character journals. If you click it, it takes you to a list of all the PCs. Click your PCs name, and being writing one in there. Maybe you want to give it a header page with a bio, and then numbered entries, or maybe you just want one long page continuious entry. Edit* My wife pointed out that I'm a liar, and that she made an entry for her PC after the first session before slacking off. www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/the-worl... Maybe that will help you see what my prevous paragraph was talking about. |

I actually enjoy writing up our sessions a lot, and my players enjoy rereading their antics and missing players enjoy being able to catch up on what they missed while they were out. Lots of fun |
