Group needs healing, what to do?

My regular 4e group is severely lacking in healing.
Our group has the following characters

Drow Dragoon (homebrew divine striker, based on Str, secondary stats being Wisdom or Int. Was based off the same concept as the Avenger, but started work on it well before PHB2).
Half-Elf Rogue (Aerialist)
Human Darklock
Dragonborn Tempest Fighter.
All level three
When we hit 4 I'm going to take a multiclass feat. I'll be taking a multiclass feat for either Warlord, Cleric, or Shaman to add in that extra healing surge per day or extra bit of HP every few rounds per encounter (probably not the shaman, since my Wis mod will only be +1 by then, but I like the spirit companion).
Fighter is thinking about taking Warlord at this level.
Rogue is going to take Bard before paragon (she's taking Parrying Dagger Proficiency, using the blade from a sawhorn unicorn to make the dagger).

Does anyone have any ideas for what else we can do to facilitate more healing in the party to balance out the lack of a leader?
Anyone have any suggestion as to what multiclass I should go with?

My group is a group of 3, with us alternating DM. Only one of us is a leader, so when he's up to DM we have no healer.

What we did to solve this is he gave out a Healer's Sash-1 to the members of that group. (Same as healer's sash, but without the +1d6, reducing the price to about 1,800). He also tosses out a couple of healing potions during the session. Those items haven't been counted into our total wealth. It's to keep the game moving, so we don't abuse it and nobody really minds.

We're usually not in that much danger, though, since our battles tend to be against equal numbers of enemies that are weaker than us. We can handle the weaker guys without too much trouble, but we end up dealing with more encounters than a normal group goes up against.

I'd suggest you try to work with the DM, and see if he can't make things a little easier on your group, at least until you can stand on your own via items or multiclassing.

Healing potions would be my recommendation (at least in terms of a solution that doesn't require much additional assistance from the DM).

If you have money and access to magic items, try to pick up goodies that offer bonus healing surges like Dwarven Armor (PH) or Cloak of the Walking Wounded (AV) in addition to the standard healing potions. You might also try to find some more clever alternatives to combat situations, such as sneaking past, talking to or otherwise outwitting your opponents instead of resorting to hack and slash.
