I want to make a vrykola and roleplay being part elf but is it theoretically possible, even if the elven heritage is extremely distant? |
| #2Mad_JackFeb 03, 2013 15:41:05 | Simple - ask your DM. It's entirely up to him or her whether or not a vryloka/elf hybrid would be genetically possible in their campaign world. Use the vryloka stats and just tell everyone that you're part elf. Done. The official fluff as presented in the books is still just that - fluff. DMs and players are allowed and even encouraged to change it to whatever they agree best fits their own game. |

| #4Tech-PriestFeb 04, 2013 3:37:59 | Alternatively, be a Half-Elf with the Dhampyr feat for the vampiric heritage. OR Play a Vryloka, and instead of getting the +5 Bluff to pass as a living Human, they'd get it to pass as a living Half-Elf as opposed to its undead state. Done. |
