Here is what I got so far. I have not written much down right now.

Race: Silverbrow Human
Level: 8 levels of bard

Attributes:

Str: 10
Dex: 15
Con: 11
Int: 15
Wis:16
Char:18

I had to use the buy point system at a point value of 36 I think it was. so that is why stats so low and I cannot change it.

Feats: Song of the white raven is something I want but I need to read tomb of battle to see how I get White Raven Manuvers so I can actually get it.

Actual Feats:
Extra Music
Dragonfire Insiration
Snowflake Wardance
Words of Creation

Skills: As much Perform Lute and sing and dance as I can get and the rest spread evenly amung the rest.

Items so far:
Vest of legends
Master Work Lute
I was told to get something called Gauntlets of Heartfelt Blows - Dragon#314, p20
But I downloaded that magazine and read the whole page and found nothing that said anything about guantlets.

I know I need a harmonizing weapon but other than what I said so far. What do I need to do?

Looks like you built a melee bard. You probably should have put the 16 Wis in Str, instead, and switched Dex with Con. That's the basic problem: your feats/items say melee, but your stats say spell caster.

If it wasn't for the stats, I would say grab Song of the White Raven and just take levels in Warblade from here on out. But, your low Con and Str is going to hurt, even with Snowflake Wardance. At some point, you'll want to invest in Slippers of Battledancing (DMGII). Also, the Knowledge Devotion (Complete Champion) feat if you put your many skill points in the relevant knowledge skills (arcana, dungeoneering, local, nature, religion, the planes to cover everything). Then skill trick it out with Collector of Stories (Complete Scoundrel). Ask your DM if you can retrain skills, because they most certainly should not be spread evenly (if you want to go the jack-of-all-trades route, you're better off getting rid of Bardic Knowledge and replacing it with the Bardic Knack alternate class feature (PHBII); ask your DM if you can change)

Anyway, if you aren't going into Warblade, don't worry too much about Song of the White Raven (swift action bardic music isn't that great, as a badge of valor (Magic Item Compendium, in the set section) or inspirational boost (Spell Compendium) spell should be eating your swift anyway, forcing you to opt for a standard action to use bardic music anyway). Melodic Casting (Complete Mage) would be a better bet (again, stats say "spell caster").

Since you're optimizing your bardic music at least, grab the Song of the Heart feat (Eberron Campaign Setting).

My main goal is boosting my allies though. Hense the Dragonfire inspiration, Extra music and stuff. Although I built it to where I also gain a benifit from my stuff. So I would cast Inspiring song first turn, Activate my Badge of valor and than words of creation + dragonfire to give me and all allies like +6 or 8D6 fire damage weapons.

Snowflake is just so I don't get pwned in melee when I eventually do get there.

But I will consider switching some stuff around but I wanna keep Wisdom High for some of my skills.

I wont need White Raven as I think I might be going with a Harmonizing weapon and from what I hear it takes the need for having it out.

Besides I cant lol. I cannot use anything from Ebberon or Never winter. Only Vanilla 3.5 my DM says lol.

Doesn't work. Inspirational Boost is a swift action, badge of valor is an immediate, so you can only use one of them a round (An immediate action also consumes your swift action for the round, and vice-versa. Confusing, I know, but them's the brakes). Unless you have a really nice DM that housrules otherwise, though. Technically, though, you could badge of valor, then DFI, and then next turn use your inspirational boost, as it is worded so that it applies to bardic music already in effect.

Yes, the harmonizing blade does get rid of the need for SotWR for a straight bard. If you're going straight bard, you might also want to put that enchantment on a Crystal Echoblade (MIC)

I had not thought of putting it onto the crystal echo.

But don't the spells that make IC like inspiring song and the Badge last more than one round or something? I think I remember them doing but I will go back and re read it.

So First round inspiring song, Second Round Badge and if I can during round 2 or 3 use words of creation to double the bonus leaving the bonuses I am dishing out for around 2-3 turns or at LEAST 1 turn which is still a really massive help since I am still giving them somewhere around 3-4d6 in the meantime.

I dunno, I have been working on it all day for the last three days. I always go overboard with research and asking for tips and reworking stats and powers before starting a new character I have never done before.

That way they are perfect and I NEVER regret taking something when I could had something much cooler and better than what I did.

BTW. I am still fixated on having a spell that summons instrument and having it be a Tuba! but can you think of a funnier instrument to play or summon?

Bagpipes
Grand Piano
Kazoo

Just dont seem to be as good as a Tuba lol!

Inspirational Boost gives you 1 round to start your bardic music before it expires. Once you start it, then Inspirational Boost will last for the duration of your bardic music. Badge of valor can only be activated while you have bardic music activated, and its effects will also last until the end of your bardic music. The thing is, they both rely on the same action economy, so you cannot start both on the same turn. You certainly can start one to get a +1 bonus, and then next round start another, to bring the bonus to +2.

Actually, now that I think about it, on your turn you start inspirational boost, then you start bardic music, do whatever with your move action, end your turn. Then, at the start of the very next initiative count, you use your immediate action to start the badge of valor (immediate actions used off your turn consume the swift action of your next turn). So now, your party has the full benefits of your IC almost immediately.

Using the Words of Creation isn't an action, at all. So, you can use it as soon as you start your bardic music. The question is if you have to use it again to double a bonus added later. I've never seen it played that way, personally, but talk to your DM. Otherwise, you could probably use it after you activate the badge in my above example. (Hopefully someone can confirm this)

Unfortunately, summon instrument only summons handheld instruments, so the grand piano is out (pity, as otherwise you could levitate above a dragon and drop it on its head).

But you can always use more cowbell.
