| #1mcnormalguyJun 07, 2008 19:01:50 | Hello people of the forums, A quick question on wild shape shifting. As a druid you need to have the same (or more) amount of hit dice the animal has in order shape shift into that animal, no questions there. The question comes from using a prestige class in the "Complete Adventurer" book. In said book is a prestige class called "Master of many Forms" (or MomF). Look at the book there is no mention of this HD limitation, and the ability to change into larger creatures comes at an earlier level, level 15 with druid for large and 5 druid/2 momf for large, a fair difference. This class in turn seems pointless to have the ability to do cool things (and be giving up learning other druid spells) if then you cant do the cool things due to HD restrictions from the druid class. Any and all thoughts/questions/comments are welcome, if I have been unclear then feel free to tell me so. ![]() McNormalGuy |
