i have a freind in my sunday group who is a 16 year old male with a possible learning disability. ( i have aspergers, he has a short attention span)

were playing 3.5

this 16 year old student is male and named Ryan Zurita, he was a freshman during my senior year at Mather Youth Oppurtunity program at Kittyhawk high school. i graduated in 2007, when he first came. another freind, Tony Bonnafon had the idea for a campaign. Ryan wanted to play in the group. Ryan has a short attention span and i mean short, i could explain class features as simple as possible and he doesn't understand. he asked to play a paladin (he's a newbie). if it weren't for DM intervention, he would've lost his powers in his first round. he had to be a christian paladin in a polytheistic world. he had to have masterwork fullplate a masterwork greatsword and tons of wealth, that he doesn't spend. (at level 1) DM bumped him to level 2 due to the party bieng that level on average. he smites innocent commoners, went to a brothel and pointed his weapon at the owner, he tried to mug expensive meat from the party duskblade, who salvaged this meat from when he first played. ( a rare destert bird, which he acutally slew with my sorcerer's help in the first session from back when there were only 2 players.)
the dm at dinner time tells me to stat him a finesse 2 weapon rogue, or a spiked chain fighter. (he ops for rogue) using one of his cliche placeholder names that isn't a name. (not even initials, he went withh is current email, all his email address names are "(insert color here) Robin" or "Hakuren" (which is his new spam name meaning white ripple in japanese). he breaks the 4th wall a lot. and as a rogue, he's very disruptive, a combat junkie who Roll plays rather than Role plays. (i struggle trying to even out both) when he asks if he can use a weapon, i tell him, if you want -4 to your attack roll, or that's not a light weapon and will suppress your weapon finesse feat.

he now plays a disruptive rogue who breaks the 4th wall, stabs alies in the crotch, creates poorly done wangsty naruto backrounds that are complete Sasuke Uchiihaa ripoffs, that only exist in paper, in fact, when he tries to get combat advantage, he says "i step into the shadows and attack", which does not give combat advantage, or he willl say "I use my sharingan eye to see his movements and find a weakpoint" (when there is no Uchiihaa/Sharingan bloodline) when i explain a class, or a build, he gets distracted. he really has little to no creativity.

How do i explain to him the rules? or how to play? or how certiain classes work? without boring him? or even giving him a misconceived idea of WoW rules applying? (he's a major n00b who doesn't know how to play his characters)

Depending on the depth of a character, i can write one in a short as 5 minutes. or make a few changes in as short as 3.
