Well, first off, what edition are you playing?
Second, what class?
Third, did you take Toughness?
Fourth, do you own a PHB? If so, then look there.

If you still want us to help, then answer the first 3.
We need more info in order to help you.

eldesteagle - I requested the mods split your question out of the FAQ and into it's own thread, where it can get the attention it deserves.

And I second Shinikama's questions. We need to know edition and such before we can assist.

I'm guessing that your PC is either a ranger or a rogue.

If you're playing 3.5, your 10 CON gives you +0 hit points per level. A rogue would have 6hp, and a ranger 8hp. If you have Toughness, this increases by 3 to 9 (rogue) or 11 (ranger).

If you're playing 4th edition, both rangers and rogues have a base of 12hp, to which the CON score is added. Thus, 12 + 10 = 22hp. If you have the Toughness feat, this increases by 5 to 27hp.
