#1 twesterm Mar 18, 2011 18:06:33	Just trying to make sure I didn't miss something.  I did the cunning sneak rogue and now that I'm level 2 I can take Fleeting Ghost which is essentially the same thing, correct? The only different are that Cunning Sneak lets me run and take a smaller penalty while Fleeting Ghost doesn't make me move 3 squares, correct? Just want to make sure I have this right and not cheat my DM.

Cunning Sneak is actually slightly better than Fleeting Ghost.  The power lets you hide only if you meet the regular requirements, which are that you have superior cover or total concealment; Cunning Sneak lowers that requirement to regular cover or concealment, as long as you move at least 3 squares.
