That should give you every known WotC LA 0 race, ability mods, where to find, etc. But there's normally always more information, so don't think that the entire entry is all there is to it.

#8 roninzero May 20, 2008 14:26:54	I'm probably going to use the Lesser Tiefling, my DM and I discussed it and while it's not balanced according to the information in savage species he said he wouldn't mind letting me use it if I increased the charisma penalty to -4 instead of -2. Not as balanced as most races, but in his words, it's along the lines of the dwarf. haha
