Sep 24, 2011 23:13:42 Drak, the Dragonborn Warlord, commands Johnny to swing at the door again, informing him that he did a miserable job chopping down the door, and that Drak's grandmother could swing an axe better. He does, however, make sure that he is at least 25 feet away from Johnny.

Sep 25, 2011 15:53:16 Johnny saunters down the stairs, stopping to check if the door was locked just to satisfy his curiousity. He sees Drak and Kelton in a heap on the floor and shakes his head. He turns to the kobold and while holding his waraxe says gruffly and loudly asks "All right, who are you, where am I, how did I get here, and what the hell is going on?"

Drak stands up and says "Drak will translate!" Drak then translates Johnny into Draconic.

"Little sniveling rat-lizard, stand at attention and state your rank, location, and present events occurring, before I bite off your head and drink your life-blood."

Drak then turns to Johnny and says "I can answer one question: you got here by coming down the stairs."

Drak then looks at the non-4e bard and wonders how something could have so little hit points...

"What? Drak is ashamed! Here before Drak Drak thought he saw one who had the blood of dragons flowing through his veins. But nay, Drak was mistaken, for there was only a snivelling mammal, standing there crying. There is no way that it could be a member of the proud, fierce, ferocious members of Drak's family, who shook the world before humans tred upon it, who forged with flame before the elves could speak with trees! Now tell Drak, runt, are you of dragon blood? Or are you a soft mammal?!"

(Attempting to turn kobold into companion character who will fight alongside us).

A second Dwarf (4e rogue), this one wearing a monocle and leather armor, appears at the top of the stairs and cautiously makes his way down. What have you gotten us into this time anyhow? This stairway isn't even on the map! I think perhaps we should go--

seeing the Kobold, his tone changes abruptly, and he draws a pair of gleaming daggers.

Alright scalehead, give me information and quick or I start bashing in heads. What do you know about the Umphayate Ruby?
