I was wondering if anyone could give me a list of all the playable races that look like humans. This includes halflings, elves, eladrin, etc. they can be bigger or smaller than humans, but not a huge amount bigger, and not too stupid.
Please and Thanks.

How far from human are you looking to go? Devas have a human silhouette, but the coloration is decidedly NOT human. Dwarves are human-ish, githyanki and githzerai aren't too much off from elves in general appearance. Where are you drawing the line, or what is your aim?

Basically all of them except some of the MM classes like minotaur?

I think all the races have 2 eyes, a nose, a mouth, 2 legs, 2 arms with hands attached at the ends, and a head, all in the general configuration of humans.

Anything more "bizarre" then that (eye stalks, more then 4 appendages, ect) is a monster.

IMO - In order from human to those that would make the human more uncomfortable. (only includes races with full write-up information)

Human
Half-Elf
Dwarf
Elf
Halfling
Gnome
Drow
Shadar-kai
Eladrin
Goliath
----------------- This is where I draw the line :D
Half-Orc
Deva
Shifter
Tiefling
Dragonborn
Wilden
Warforged
Minotaur

Deva could have landed on the otherside of the line, but due to how rare they are supposed to be, and the whole immortal shtick, I think they'd make general humans uncomfortable. Also because I think humans would find Half-Orc's more comforting slightly than Deva's... But these, like many are kind of a toss up. Drow and Shadar-kai are human(ish), but could probably be put below on purely race stereotype. Eladrin kind of creep me out for some reason, hence their location. And its really all up to you as a GM. I say GM because I'm assuming you're trying to figure how to gauge reactions to people of different races?

What are you needing them for? Just wondering, you know the cat thing.
