hi im in a 5 man party

1 lawful good
2 lawfull neutral
1 neutral good ( a babarian but he never do enything bad)
and the black sheep a Claotic Evil spellcaster...

and to say it, i think there only have been 1 encounter where he have not trown his loved fireball and blasted the party... he realy like doing that...

but im getting mad at him, im a monk of St, cuthbert (God of retribution)
and it time to do some revenge.

to add up on his evil deeds
i started at a inn.... he entered didden like me so he shoot a magic missile in my head and nearly got me killed
while i was near death he desied that he wanted to **** me (that i do not know of, thx God)...
and his love fire balls have more then once nerly killed me...
from lvl 1-5 he used me like a slave...
(i enterd the group later so when i was lvl 1 he was around 7-8)
anothere time he trow a fire ball just for fun, that got me down on -9 and only a lucky roll made me survive...
by that im now bold and had to walk around naked in a jungle in like 2 weeks....

but lucky me he are now unable to do enything since a lich made some kind of curse on him... and when we came back to a town we will have to get him cured... but i got othere ideas....

i want a cleric to cast a mark of justice on him... while he cant resist,
now i need some help finding out what the best way to do it...

there are a curse i have to chose and a way it activate,

im thinking about saying "whenever you think or do harm a lawfull good, lawfull neutral, or neutral good person"

now i just need to find out a good curse ^^ what will realy **** a player/spellcaster of? and it may not be to strong, i have to make the GM agree to it...

and how do i prevent him from removing the mark of justice agen?

i hope you can help me in this noble task to get revenge...
and im sorry if my spelling issend that good...

hi im in a 5 man party

1 lawful good
2 lawfull neutral
1 neutral good ( a babarian but he never do enything bad)
and the black sheep a Claotic Evil spellcaster...

As far as I know, there has only been one encounter when he has not thrown his beloved fireballs ... he really likes doing that....

But I'm getting mad at him, and as I'm a Monk of St. Cuthbert (god of retritbution), I think it's time to do some revenge.

A list of his evil deeds:
When we first met, he didn't like me, so he fired a Magic Missile at me that nearly killed me.
When near death, he decided he wanted to **** my character (that i do not know of, thx God)...
And, of course, his fireballs have nearly killed me several times.
From levels 1-5, he used me like a slave.
(I entered at a later time than the rest of the group, so I was level 1 when they were 7-8)
Another time, he threw a fireball "just for fun" that took me to -9 HP.
by that im now bold and had to walk around naked in a jungle in like 2 weeks....

Fortunately for me, he is now unable to do anything since a lich cursed him, but we're going back to town to cure him. However, I have other ideas.

I want a cleric to cast a Mark of Justice on him while he is unable to resist it.
I want some help figuring out how to activate it.

I have to decide on the curse and method of activation.

I'm thinking about the activation being whenever he attempts to harm a Lawful Neutral, Lawful Good, or Neutral Good person.

Now I need a good curse, one that will really tick a spellcaster off. And it can't be too powerful, I need the DM to agree to it.

And how do I prevent him from just removing the Mark?

I hope you can help me in this noble revenge.
and im sorry if my spelling issend that good...

Sorry, I had to do that. I may have misinterpreted something, so please tell me if I did.

First off: Have you tried talking to the player in question? Have you tried - in-game or out-of-game - telling him that his actions are disruptive and you don't feel comfortable with them?

How do the other players feel about his actions?

Why did he pick a CE character to begin with, and why did the DM allow it?

Normally, intentional PvP is not a good thing in D&D, as it disrupts the game and fun becomes less of a focus than one-upmanship, and people's feelings get hurt.

As for your curse and its activation, I have a couple of suggestions:

First, go with the Bestow Curse effect of having a 50% chance of being unable to act at all that round.

Second, to have the character make a Will save of the same DC of the spell he's attempting to cast or be unable to cast the spell (a truly vicious version could make the caster lose the spell even if he is unable to cast it).

Regarding the Activation: Willful and intentional assault of a being with Lawful reason would probably be a better one, as there's no guarantee that you won't end up facing LG, NG, or LN enemies, and your version would inhibit him from even defending himself.

Regarding the Removal: The only thing I can think of is a second Mark with the activation key being any attempt to remove either Mark.
