Assuming you're using point buy I would Drop Int to 10 and Wis back to 8, Spend the points to boost con to at least 14 and then maybe consider dex.

What feat are you taking? Are you going to be a frontliner most of the time, if so toughness, scale armor proficiency and heavy shield proficiency would all serve you well. Weapon focus is also good.

Don't make the same mistake I did with my Inspiring Warlord. You should try to have at least a +1 INT, even though you're not tactical. There are plenty of Warlord powers that key off of INT, and they're handy, even if you're not Tactical.

First I would switch around Wis and Int because Int is good for a few powers and it helps out your Reflex. Second, your equipment. I would choose either axe or hammer. Replace the crossbow with a few javilins/hand axe/throwing hammers because they use Str to hit.

The INT modifier on that character is +0, which is bad for any Warlord. I'm saying it should be at least a +1.
