#1 pockypowah Aug 11, 2010 1:03:20	So. We've been tryign to figure this out for a while. My friend's fighter (using the official character builder for 4.0) has a -2 modifier to his AC, Fort and Reflex listed under the 'Misc' tab.  He's a level 8 fighter wielding a shield and longsword with layered plate armor. I can upload the character builder file if neccesary. We just cannot for the life of us figure out where this -2 is coming from. Thanks in advance.
#2 DeathMutantLives Aug 11, 2010 1:09:38	Does he have the feat "Armor Proficiency (Plate)"? Fighters do not start with plate armor proficiency, unlike Paladins.
#3 Neutronium_Dragon Aug 11, 2010 1:41:39	This has been reported down in the Builder forum: for some reason the builder is currently giving the character's shield bonus a second time as a "misc" bonus and then applying a penalty of the same value. It still produces the same total AC value though.
