So, hopefully I don't get flogged or have this post instantly deleted, as Pathfinder is a separate beast from D&D.. but their forums are not being kind to me, and I have questions. >.>

So, here goes. As a wizard of the Enchantment school, at 8th level, I get a power called Aura of Despair. I was simply wondering if the enemies that are affected by it get a saving throw against it or not... it doesn't say clearly one way or another in the book. -.-

Prepare flame cannons!

--Naw, just kidding. Seriously, though. I'll check and answer as quickly as I can, since I'm a fan of multiple tabletop games... Be back with you in a second...

You can emit a 30-foot radius of despair a number of rounds equal to your caster level.

No save, just rounds per level.

Much obliged! I thought that was the case, but it wouldn't be the first time a rule or corebook has been vague, so I wanted to doublecheck.

Thanks for the assist!

LOL

On to the OP

The wizard’s level is used when determining the caster level of these effects. The DC for any save is equal to 10 + the spell’s level + the caster’s Charisma modifier. Arcane school powers that mimic spells are spell-like abilities, while the others are supernatural.

This would seem to imply that all the special abilities which would normally grant a saving throw as a regular spell, also grant a saving throw when used as it's Specialization granted ability.
